My experience was great. However, the cost for expedited shipping was a little unbelieveable considering the cost was on top of what was already being paid for shipping. This merchant shoudl consider shipping with UPS instead since often time they are cheaper.

I haven't had any problems with ordering or shipping here. The only complaint I will make is that I ordered a coat and they folded it so small and crumbled up to mail that I am having a hard time removing wrinkles from the trenchcoat fabric. Kind of negates the sale price I paid when I will probably have to pay to have it professionally pressed.

When trying to get a visual of purses, you are limited to a far away view. It would be more convenient if you could do a close up of the item like you can when you look at clothing on line.

I could not get the size on a particular outfit that I wanted in the store. I went home and jumped on the computer. I was able to get the exact same outfit in the right size with the sale price the store had offered. I am very pleased with the Fashion Bug website.

The only reason I went to the website is that I had a reward certificate that was expiring and have no store in my town. Did not have time to travel out-of-town to use certificate. Unfortunately I discovered at checkout that reward certificates are NOT accepted for on-line purchases. I placed the order any way because I liked the item but was VERY annoyed that my reason for using the website was not allowed. THEY NEED TO OPEN A STORE IN MY TOWN!!!!!!!!!!

It took about a month for it to arrive, Fed Ex could not find the tracking # when I called them. When it did arrive it was not how it looked on line. I am returning it to the store.
