The products are always good quality and they have great sales! One pair of the jeans I ordered were too large and too long. I think the size is incorrect on the tag. I plan to return them. The coat is gorgeous and very warm. The other pants are just as described.

I have been a loyal customer to Fashion Bug. I have two orders waiting in processing for more than two weeks. The shipping is terrible! I don't know what is going on with them but this has been a very bad experience. I have not received any communication with them about the orders they have not sent out this is definately my last order with Fashion Bug it is sad too because I love them but I have a lot of choices as where to spend my money and I think I can find another store that will treat me better as a customer!!!!

I came in looking for one gift and ended up buying 7 gifts... so I guess I really liked what I found. The prices were great. The coat was too good to pass up, with a coupon from my birthday, it was a SUPER GREAT DEAL!! This was my first purchase from the website, and the process was smooth and easy as pie!! Happy Turkey Day!!

The only negative about shopping at FashionBug.com is that I'm unable to redeem more than one coupon. For example, sometimes they offer free shipping and I have to choose between that or my rebate dollars from being a cardholder, which are supposed to be usable like cash, and can accompany other coupons for in-store purchases. It makes it more cost effective to shop in-stsore.

I received around 20 postcard like cards in the mail saying that all of the items I ordered were not available. Around $300 worth of items. This happened in a prior order also. I called and was told to ignore all those cards that the items were in stock and would be coming. No apologies. No anything. I am still waiting on a shirt that I have no idea about even though it's on my charge. Fashion Bug is a terrible sight to order from!

I never order clothing items through the mail, but was in a jam, I live in Rochester NY and found I was suddently preparing for a vacation trip to a warm area so I had to find a bathing suit. As a last resort I figured what the heck, getting a swim suit on line is better than not having one at all. When the package arrived in time for my trip, AND the suit fit perfectly (thanks to the guidelines on the Fashion Bug site) I was thrilled! I now have a comfort level when it comes to shopping for clothes on line (at least when it comes to Fashion Bug.)

I love fashion bug clothes. It is just one pair of capris had 2 open seam spots on the side pocket and on the front...so before I could wear them I had to sew them up..I should have requested a new pair, but they may not have been available.

I got a post card on every item I ordered saying it would ship in a few weeks, but the whole order arrived within a week after the cards came.
