I would NOT recommend Fans Edge to anyone. I purchased an item that was a gift for an event I was attending in 10 days. Perfect time to get it in the mail and have it ready. They canceled my order 7 DAYS later due to their associated warehouse failing to let them know that they were out of stock. For them to allow their associated warehouses to take that long when I'm assuming that it's out the door is unacceptable. And now, I am going to a party without a gift. They have placed me in an uncomfortable position.

My credit card was charged immediately, but my order is still marked "Open" on the website, yet no indication that the item has been shipped yet. I paid extra for 2-day shipping, and it has been over a week, and I haven't received anything. It would be nice if Fan's Edge gave me a status, especially since they've already charged my credit card.

you did not make it clear that the 3-10 days shipping time didn't involve a handling period. i ordered a gift for my nephew on 12/8 and it still has not arrived. at this rate, i have no reason to believe that trying to get my merchandise will happen in the near future. i'm sorry i ever tried your site.
i'd have been better off going with the website that said "backordered til jan 2.
at least the guy on the phone was nice when i called. i will never use your site again. and i will warn others against it as well.

I ordered my item on 11/23 and due to it being "custom" was told it wouldn't arrive until after the holiday. Attempted to cancel but was told the item already shipped. Now, my credit card was charged immediately for the item. When I cancelled, my money was refunded. Then, two days later, my card was charged again because the item shipped and no one there bothered to check with their "manufacturer" if the item shipped before showing the item as cancelled and refunding the money to my card. I ended up finding the same item elsewhere for about $70 cheaper and it shipped within two days, ground.

I do not like being put on an email mailing list and receiving many email advertisements after my first order. You should give a customer the CHOICE of whether they want to receive further ads after they order.

Initially we were very pleased with the products available and the customer service rep we spoke with. However, the information the rep provided us with in terms of availability of the product and shipping times has not proved true and, we have not received any follow-up calls. We ordered two sheet sets for our nephews on November 29th, 2007 and were told we would receive them in a maximum of twelve days. It is now December 20th, 2007 and we just received one of the two sets. The online tracking system lists the one we have received as "open" (which is incorrect) and the other as "backordered" (only after three weeks). We have basically given up on getting the gifts to our nephews in any timely manner, are waiting, and will not order again. Very disappointed as our family is big on sports.
