Poor Service and late delivery. I am in the UK and ordered from FansEdge for a gift. The delivery selectiong i chose was "Express" - website states 5-9 days (not business days!). Two weeks later i'm still waiting for the delivery. i've been emailling customer services for the past week, and have been told 3 different reasons as to why it's not arrived yet, and one guy told me i selected 3 day shipping (doesn't explain why it's still not here), someone else told me International shipping can take over 2 weeks - i understand it takes time but not two weeks - and why advertise different on website. Lastly their supervisor has told me i'm wrong and it is in fact on time - even though it's not been delivered over 2 weeks later!
POOR SERVICE - AWFUL EXPERIENCE. Really disappointed as all i've been offered is $5 refund (£3GBP) which is tiny compared to the $144 (£90GBP) i've spent. |

I ordered a Hat and T-shirt...it took 6 days (only said it would be 4) to get here to GA, I then found out it was the wrong size...So I sent it back..(had to pay for the shipping, which was $8)...then tracked it too their company HQ where it sat for 7 days...I called today and they said, "sorry sir, it normally takes 7 business days to change out sizes and send it back"...I commented on how I E-mail'd their customer service and I recieved no reply...She just said, "sorry,we are just busy"....Well for the price I paid and the time i have spent on this stuff (I ordered 8/21/09)...I can honestly say this has been the WORST online shopping experience EVER, the WORST customer service EVER, and the dumest people EVER!!!!...I will never shop again from these people..and I would suggest picking another company if you decide to order online

I ordered a customized jersey which they claim will ship in 10-14 business days. It is now 20 business days and it still hasn't shipped. I haven't received an explanation of why it is late or a confirmed shipping date. I will never deal with these guys again.

I would NOT recommend Fans Edge to anyone. I purchased an item that was a gift for an event I was attending in 10 days. Perfect time to get it in the mail and have it ready. They canceled my order 7 DAYS later due to their associated warehouse failing to let them know that they were out of stock. For them to allow their associated warehouses to take that long when I'm assuming that it's out the door is unacceptable. And now, I am going to a party without a gift. They have placed me in an uncomfortable position.

My credit card was charged immediately, but my order is still marked "Open" on the website, yet no indication that the item has been shipped yet. I paid extra for 2-day shipping, and it has been over a week, and I haven't received anything. It would be nice if Fan's Edge gave me a status, especially since they've already charged my credit card.
