Shipping was stated for a "limited time" as being $4.99 for the whole order. "These flat rates mean you can often add items to an order and not worry about adding shipping fees. Get what you really want and pay one price for the entire order!" is the quote from all through the site. The only caveat was items of "unusual weight or size. See individual item for details." Checking out with my 3 items, (a can holder, calendar and soft, material i-pod carrier)shipping was $10.98. I called and was given a song and dance about one item (a can holder that was 4" x 3.5") being too big, etc. He would not budge on it. He insisted that an example of an order that would qualify for this special rate would be "t-shirts" and that they could ship 20 t-shirts cheaper than the can holder. Right. So I went back, deleted the can holder to leave the calendar and tiny ipod carrier (material). Still, $10.98. So I left ONLY the ipod carrier in the cart, and the miraculous shipping deal came out to $5.99, still a dollar more than advertised all through the site! (Yes, I had even read the fine print.) There are too many shops out there to give one dime to one that is so outright misleading to their customers. I wasted too much time on them, and even gave them the chance to "make it right". DON'T SUPPORT THIS STORE!
