Great prices! Fast shipping! Even used DVDs are in excellent condition. The website is well laid out and easy to use. Search function is excellent. I've never had to contact customer service, but as user friendly as the website is, I'm sure customer service is friendly and helpful as well.

Excellent service. This shipment was fine, unlike the quality of a previous shipment. Not happy that they raised the prices of their used dvds by $1.00 recently. They obviously don't care that there is a deep recession going on.

When living in Ohio and then in Michigan, I was a regular Family Video customer. I now work in Germany and have twice ordered their daily special "Steal of the Day". One item was ordered 6 weeks ago, one more recently. They acted surprised and said the first would re-mailed immediately. It has not arrived yet. I order from other companies quite often, getting books and cds or dvds from Barnes and Noble or other stores. I may be leaning more their way now.

This company is most amazing customer oriented business i have met in years!!! i dont know how they do it . Polite and helpfull staff, neatly layed out store format, no blaring movie sounds where you cant hear yourself think, prices are exceptional. Please, no more surveys, I appreciate the fact that family video is great shopping for the particular items i requested, in fact they are the only video shop that i can count on for what i wanted...the classics in movies....I only contacted them once to confirm a shipment but the representative was courteous, check on my order, told me wht to expect. I will continue to shop @ family video because they have what i want. So, please again no more surveys

I received a DVD damaged. It was reshipped and it, too, was damaged. I wanted to cancel an order and had to wait over 6 hours for an e-mail reply.

Easy website to use, good prices, and shipping/handling is very reasonable, but prices are not the lowest available on the web. Sales of DVDs I like are rare, but I buy I purchase them when available.

I am very happy with this merchant. Excellent selection of current movies and outstanding prices. Wish the delivery time was a little shorter (took about 16 days) but that isn't the merchants fault so much as the USPS. I've already placed my 2nd order and will continue to purchase from this merchant.
