DVD's were received within a week but an order of 6 DVD's were shipped in 3 separate packages which seems wasteful and inefficient. Also as stated previously the website needs to be more user friendly and allow the customer the option of selecting multiple titles at the same time rather than adding to your cart one at a time and requiring multiple searches. And if they can't do that the "continue shopping" button should lead you right back to the same screen you were viewing before you added your selected item to your cart. Having to re-search again after every selection is added to the cart is time consuming and frustrating

I really like Family Video, they have alot of choices to choose from. Also alot of movies that I had forgot about. I will be buying from this site again and again!! I ordered 2 Christmas DVD's and received one of them within 5-7 days, but the second one didn't arrive until a week later. We have not had a chance to view them as of yet.

I just returned from a shopping trip to state college pa where i saw the Band of Bros 6 dvd set in the same package I ordered from you on sale for $20 cheaper than your price. I am very upset by this. I could have also purchased the dvd set Pacific if your price had been the same as Targets . So maybe your deals are not as good as i fist thought??? I will definitely shop around in the future before I buy from you

Thus far I have bought 4 dvd's from this business...the first came no problem and I liked it,a lil worse for waer but still played ...This second order is being shipped 2 different times and am hoping I am not being charged for 2 different shipments and if so that would END MY RELATIONSHIP WITH THEM PERMANENTLY..So far not impressed with this second round of 3 dvd's ordered...I received 1 dvd with fingerprints all over it,both sides, and it barely reads in my dvd player..If this is there way of sending shoddy merchandise ,than no I AM NOT IMPRESSED AT ALL WITH THEM...And yes I understand it is a USED dvd but if I knew it was in this bad of condition? I never would have bought it...
