Excellent customer service. The only thing that made the purchase difficult was that you couldn't change your order once the order form was completed. Had to do a separate request in order to cancel a couple items. But customer service rep. was very nice and efficient at getting the information I needed. I will continue to shop at family video online.

This company / merchant...sent the video out to me, and with a total of two days, from the time I placed the order on / through the internet...the doorbell rang, and the dvd was in my hand. Not only was I amazed....but my Granddaughter was exstatic that she could watch her favorite movie. There was no time for the child to even ask me? when's the video coming gram ?/! TINA

Ive bought several items from Family Video. I am pleased with the quick and convenient process when purchasing. I have always received my order in a very timely manor. It was just this last time that upon receiving the 2nd season of Third Watch, that the DVD casing was broken. I was a bit disappointed, as this was a gift. Other than that isolated experience, I've been pleased with Family Video. I love the wide range of selection Family Video carries. I will shop with them again.

buying from family video seems better if buying on the web how come family video won't hire me ,what does it take to be a family video employee i have tried many times and it seems like the manager can be a friend but when it comes to hiring I could of been there ,and when the college students go off to school then there hiring again so it just seems like a big waste of time

I paid for 26 dvd's. I only received 5. None of them were on back order. All these movies were in stock. I don't understand why they ship 3 dvd's in 1 box & 2 dvd's in another box. It's a waste. There's enough room in those boxes to put 6 or 7 dvd's in each box. It's taking to long for my order to be shipped. If there was a family video store here I would rather buy straight from their store.

Customer Service was incredible! They have a huge variety, including an ever-growing blu-ray section. The prices were very low! The best part was the 1.99 shipping for any size order on their website! As far as their actuall store locations, you couldn't ask for a better, cheap place to rent movis. Their new releases are under 3.00. They're always giving away free movies, plus their kids movies are always free! They have 1000's of movies that are 2 for 1.00! The stores I've been to have had a very nice staff and have been very neat, clean, & organized. They have a massive amount of titles to choose from and if they don't have it, they will try and find it for you!
