I ordered one phone. They shipped and charged me for two phones. I returned one of the phones for credit over 3 weeks ago and have not as yet received the credit.

I found that I had ordered the wrong item by computer. I called back the next day and the item had NOT been shipped, but the shipment could not be stopped and the sale went thru!! The unopened box was sent back the same morning it was received. I still was docked 15% restock fee for an item that I said I didn't want and was not shipped yet!!

Warning - do not shop here! Ordered new items - they shipped me refurbished. I called, they shipped me refurbished, again. Company refuses to pay shipping on the return.

They shipped the wrong item, which I had to return at my own expense. The correct replacement did not arrive withing expected time. There was no explanation or apology for the mistake, nor any compensation. I was told by the company when I told them about receiving the wrong item that they would compensate me for $10. I hope this is true. I will wait and see.

I tried to find a holder to clean my shaver with the alcohol refills which were delivered on my first order. There were no such items offered sepperately; it looked like I would have to buy the combination to get what I want, leaving me with two shavers. I can not afford that. I poured some of my cleaning fluid into a cup, held the shaver in the liquid and turned it on for a few seconds. Upon opening the head it was as clean as a new product. Please advise me how to order a cleaning dock? G. Dart

The shopping experience was fine,this was a gift for someone else and they said they liked the product a lot but when I bought the item it said the batteries would come later.I don't know if the batteries were included but I haven't receivied them yet.

The exterior box arrived damaged, and the razor box was damaged. When I called to return, I was told about the restocking fee. Since the product was meant as a gift, I was not going to give a damaged box. I was told they would send another razor, but it was too close to the holidays, and if that box arrived damaged, I was up the creek. So, I returned the product, in the original damaged box (well taped), and I guess I will have to accept the restocking fee. I would not buy from them again. There should not be a restocking fee if the boxes arrived damaged.

the customer service dept. was exceptional, I ordered the wrong item and called them before the item was shipped, they fixed my error without any problems and was very personable.

I received a portion of my order, only to find out it was sent to ME in error, it was someone else's that coincidently ordered one of the several items I ordered. Then, I received conflicting answers as to why this happened. When I finally got the balance of MY order, I had not received follow up telephone calls on what the status of my order tracking was....I got the impression the people on the other end had no better idea as to where the balance of my order was....or why I had received someone else's order. As it stands, I got everything....but was not happy with the experience. God bless the lady who is expecting the one piece of equipment that I got in error.
