All was good ecept it took forever to get my package. I was expecting shippment in 7-10 days (UPS standard) and it took about 3 weeks

I returned the product (it was a gift and the recipient didn't want it) and the merchant provided excellent service--courteous and fair. I'm not crazy about the 15% restocking fee, but that's not unusual with high end merchandise.

Overall pretty good experience; but the product was on back-order and they could have done a better job in keeping me apprised of delivery status; there was no way to check online what the status was -- you had to call them. When I did call them they were responsive, polite, and informed. They're delivery estimate was quite accurate.

My experience with Factory Direct2you was great. I was looking for an item that was difficult to find and they had it in stock and sent in a very timely manner. The only problem I had was with UPS. The package showed up but 2 days after the date promised because they forgot it.

I had one small problem with Factory Direct2You.com, gift wrapping was an option to be checked on both of the items. I chose gift wrapping. Only one could be wrapped as the other was drop shipped. They charged me for two gift wraps and later told me gift wrapping was not an option for both. I still ask them why they charged me for two if it wasn't an option for both. They got their money. The products are great and the service was great too. I would like my 6.50 returned though. KMc

I was missing several parts that make the product unusable. I have sent 2 emails to clear up this situation and have not received any response. They are uncooperative and I am out substansial money and have a product that I can't use!!!!!!!!

It was easy enough to order. They provided a tracking number so I could stay informed. They didn't send an e-mail when my shipment was delayed, but the tracking provided that information. It arrived new with all parts.

Overall, a good experience. I did make some a shipping request (ship in a plain box) because the recipient of this gift, my wife, would most likely have been the receiver of the package. Unfortunately, that didn't happen, and she was the receiver, so the element of surprise was lost. For overall product offer, timeliness of delivery, and condition of goods received, I'm very satisfied.

I placed the original order, and got a telephone call from them the next day, saying they were out of stock. We struck a deal on a higher priced item, at the same price I paid for the original, at no shipping cost. Two things -- I've never gotten a call from an e-retailer (usually two day late e-mails!), and they provided a better item at the same cost (unheard of even in brick and mortar operations!) Of course I'd go back!

Due to improper shipping, the handle of the frying pan was protruding from both boxes (it's own & the shipping box). I can state however, that due to the quality of the product, the handle had few scratches.

the buying experience was satisfactory, but was shipped to me in the original box so the surprise was no surprise for Christmas when it arrived and my husband took delivery. A suggestion for improvement would be to package in a blank box, for delivery especially around the holidays.
