I was told when I ordered it that it would be several weeks. It did take about 6 weeks or more. I would've liked a follow up email stating when the anticipated time of delivery would be. I had to email to get that information. The price was good & I love the blender, I would buy from them again just would like to get the order quicker (& with more communication).

Rip Off. Was charged CA sales tax for delivery in CA even though I purchased from my home in VA. The store did not profit, but colluded with the state in the cheating of a customer.

Website states products are shipped UPS but was shipped by Old Dominion on tractor trailer. Old Dominion does not deliver after 4 PM or on weekends so I had to wait until a day off to accept delivery which was over a week later. Website should have ACCURATE information and shipper should deliver on days that a person would normally be there. Most working people are not home on weekdays.

FactoryDirect2you followed up with an invoice and an additional factory rebate that was not listed. I really appreciate them taking the time to send this out as I was already please with the price and now it is even better. Thanks for the great customer service.

I haven't been able to check the progress of the order online. They were out of stock and I still haven't had an update. There wasn't an expected time of delivery. The original order is the only available information online.

I ordered the item on Jan 31, 2004. Called a week later to find out the status of the order. Was told it was backordered from the manufacturer. Call a week after that to find out what was going on ... was told the mold broke and the waffle iron will be made as soon as it is fixed. Conflicting stories make me question the truth. A simple occasional email to appraise me of the situation would keep me from being as frustrated. Also do not appreciate my credit card being charged before the product is shipped.

One item was out of stock. I thought I'd have to wait 4-6 weeks. I didn't. Next thing I knew I received an email message informing me the package had been shipped. It was in my mailbox the next day. Pleasant shopping experience.

All seemed well to begin with. The item was listed to be in stock but the following day we received an email stating that it was on back order. We have heard nothing since then. Unfortunately I had a fatal hard disk crash and lost all of the info I had on the merchant. I thank you for your email which does give me the info I need to contact them.

It was excellent. I had to cancell my order though because someone else had already purchased this same item for the person I was buying it for. I called the company and explained the situation and they were wonderful. They cancelled the order immediately with no questions asked. The girl on the phone was extremely nice and polite. I had made an enquiry about possibly canceling my order as the item is not readily availabe (a fact not disclosed at the time of purchase), and received a message back saying they could cancel my order right away. I wrote back saying that, before canceling my order, I would like to have an idea of the time frame these items usually take. I have never heard from them again and don't know whether or not the order has been canceled.

I received the blender as expected however I have had some difficulty with it's on/off switch and the odor produced while motor is running. I emailed FactoryDirect2You.com about the above situation and also notified them that I had not yet received the warming tray. I received a very prompt response that they would follow up with Broil King but they didn't address my question about the blender. A week has passed and still I have not received the tray. I emailed again today about both items and have yet to hear back.-

Ordered Juicer on Jan 7th, received email of order stating out of stock. I had to email back to ask when it would be in stock. I was advised "a few days". I had to call today, Jan 28th, to find out the status-Still on back order, should be 2 more days before they get the item. We'll see
