Fraudulent.  Despite listing item as in stock, they didn't even have access to item.  Customer service telephone hours are apparently only in afternoon.  The charged my card within hours so I thought the transaction had gone through.  A week later after I finally chased them down they can't deliver on an in stock item.  By then shipping deadlines for christmas had passed.
Worst online buying experience ever, stay away.

I waited FIVE months and never received an item that was listed as "in stock" at the time I ordered. After two months of waiting, I called Factory Direct which promised to call me back with the status of the backorder but NEVER did. Three months later I gave up and ordered the item from Witbecks at an equally discounted price and received the item in just a week. Factory Direct's service is so poor that it should not even be listed on this shopping site. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME

Website indicated various ways of getting the "free delivery" of product. Later on, however, received information indicating that my choice was not acceptable and I had to wait much longer to receive it using their regular free delivery. Website whould have been much clear about the free delivery policy to avoid customer having false hopes or feeling deceived

There was a mistake on the website so I'm unable to get my product until June when Samsonite starts sending it out again. :( On the plus side, since they messed up I got a full refund easily & they had excellent customer service. Also, I didn't have to pay to ship it back or anything crazy like that. So I would definitely shop w/them again since they seem to believe that the customer comes first & are willing to admit and fix and mistakes they made. Thumbs up!

A skillet arrived the first time with a defect on the bottom of the pan. The company quickly and willingly sent a replacement. The replacement was in horrible condition (scratched, bent...). Now I can't get a replacement until more come in. My suggestion to the company was to INSPECT the next skillet before they send it to me so we can quit sending skillets back and forth. I have two defective skillets in my possession which, in reality, leaves me with no skillet.
