FRUADULENT SITE:
I used FTD.com for the first time to purchase a bouquet for a friend graduating law school. I purchased the flowers on a Friday to be delivered on a Saturday, next day delivery was available on the particular arrangement I choose. So, I paid $130, recieved a confirm but graduation has come and gone, it is now Tuesday and not a word from FTD.com. On Sunday, I sent a query and they responded on Monday with
"Thank you for your recent purchase from FTD.COM for XXXX XXXX. We regret to inform you
that despite our best efforts, we will be unable to fulfill your order on the delivery date requested.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience we may have caused you.
Again, please accept our apologies.Please contact FTD.com at your earliest convenience."
As of Tuesday night, no delivery has been made. It's been three+ days since promised delivery date and they only respond when a query is sent. They don't tell you when they anticipate delivery and do not inform you ahead-of-time when promised delivery date cannot be met. This site is unbelivable, the only thing they were responsive and quick on was charging my Visa, which was of course on Friday, the same day the order was placed.
FTD.com has the worst service I have ever experienced and it's business practices are fraudulent. The transaction has posted to my Visa despite non-delivery so, I have since contacted my bank's fraud department. My bank is reversing the charges and following-up with an investigation.
