This is the first and LAST time I'm ordering flowers from them. Ordered a florist delivered arrangement for my mom for Mother's Day to be delivered either on Sat or Sunday. It's up to them. Saturday goes by.. I don't hear anything from my mom. So I thought, okay Sunday then.. The whole Sunday afternoon goes by and still no phone call from my mom about receiving flowers. And then even when me and my brothers met up with my mom for dinner I was hoping that they'll show up and drop it off at my mom's place.. but nope. nada. I called up at 9pm or so.. waited 10-15mins and the guy tells me that it's too late to reach the florist so they'll have to get back to me the next day. Of coruse, I was furious already. I was counting on them to make my mom happy on mother's day and it didn't happen. So the next day, I waited and waited and of coruse.. didn't receive a single call or email from them. So at around 4:30pm I give them a call to see what's up.. waited another 15mins on the phone. The lady told me that they may be able to get it to my mom by Tuesday (Mother's Day is on Sunday!). I was like.. you guys can't even have it delivered today?? (monday) She said she'll call the florist and see.. comes back to my line after putting me on hold and said the florist is out making deliveries and she'll try to reach them again later. I then asked her how I'm gonna be compensated for all this.. She said IF the flowers are delivered on Tuesday then I can get a 15% discount. Since it didn't sound like she would give me much more discount than that, I told her to just give me my money back and I'll never order from them again. I mean what good is 15% discount when my mom's mother's day surprise is ruined?? It's so ridiculous. But here's the best part, as I was telling her how this happened to my friend also.. SHE HUNG UP ON ME!! These guys are so unbelievable. Don't even think about ordering from them unless you don't care when the flowers arrive. I thought it'd be safe to choose a local florist delivered arrangement but nope.. They seem to have NO quality control over the florists they work with and don't care about their customers' experience either. Stay far far away.
