I ordered a pink mini rose bush in a nice vase decorated with a chiffon bow for my mother for Mother's day.  The plant was describes as "A beautiful pale pink mini rose plant bursting with buds and blooms".  My mother was surprised and thrilled to get the package until she opened the box.  She was horrified to find a BROWN  plant with only 2 buds and 2 BROWN DEAD blooms.  I couldn't be there so my brother sent me a digital photo by email.  It looked like a dead plant someone would have thrown out.  After waiting on hold for over an hour to speak to someone.  The clerk apologized but said they could not get a replacement plant to her for A WEEK.  I said Mother's Day is Sunday and you delivered a dead plant to her but I was told they WOULD NOT overnight her a new plant the best they could do would be send a replacement ( and who knows what shape the replacement would be in) a week later.  After I demanded a refund she said she would refund my money but it would take a week.  (Kind of sounds like the old "The check is in the Mail" scam).  They sure charged my credit card quickly but they can't refund quickly.  Judging by the other reviews I don't know if I'LL ever get the refund.  But the worse thing is the disappoint to my mother.  Don't order through FTD.com.  I wish I had called a local florist.
