FTD Flowers

I normally use a local flowershop for all of my gift needs, but decided to try an online service for Valentines Day.  FTD seemed like a very attractive service to use, as they did not send their flowers out in a brown card board box. 
After looking over the site I was very impressed with their Vera Wang collection and decided to make a purchase.  $150 later, I was a very satisfied customer as I thought I was going to leave my girlfriend speechless when she received her roses at work.  Well, she did get the roses but they were 2 short of a dozen and arrived with a bottle of perfume (a product they do offer, but for about half the cost for what I paid).  I promptly called their customer service line and was told everything would be handled.  Though they would not be able to get the flowers to her by Saturday (Valentines Day), even though I called Thursday afternoon.  They stated the correct order would arrive Tuesday.  Already looking like a bafoon, I told the gf to expect a package Tuesday.  Tuesday comes around and they sent the exact same thing they sent last Thursday!  What a bunch of morons, I will never use them again!
