STAY AWAY!! I have had two separate deliveries at different times of the year with dead flowers delivered. Also, they never deliver the container that is pictured. If you even put information not to substitute, they still do, and they deliver flowers that are way smaller with uglier containers than what is shown on the site.
It is hard to find a good online florist because most recipients don't complain about the flowers you send them. My relatives tell me the truth! So, the first time they apologized but made a bunch of excuses and refused to credit. I disputed the charge on my credit card and got the credit. So, I gave them another chance because of the great coupons they offer, but it's not worth it. I ordered for Valentine's Day two weeks in advance, and they delivered dead flowers AGAIN!!! I called the same day to complain and was told it would be sent again.
It was never resent, so I sent another complaint to customer service on 2/24, ten days after the first delivery.
Then they say they have some policy, although it appears nowhere that they won't even credit you or replace product unless you complain within 7 days! I complained in 10 days,so to heck with me? Ridiculous. Sometimes you don't even find out from your recipient that something was terrible right away. They said they had no record of my having called. grrrr
BAD BAD BAD FLOWERS, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
I am disputing the charge again, and hopefully will get a credit and I will NEVER buy from them again, no matter what coupons they have.
When ordering from online florists you have to look up their return policy and print it out, then put into an information box to make no substitutions or you will dispute the charge. Then ASK your recipient what the flowers looked like and if they were fresh. If it winds up being not what you ordered, or not fresh, then complain to the customer service email (considered "in writing" and will register as a complaint, whereas a phone call didn't "count" as a complaint!).
