I ordered a Lasting Romance BQT. (Deluxe $74.99) for my wife for Valentines day Feb 14, 2008. My wife received a pink vase about 3 inches tall with 3 roses and 3 carnations in in the vase. Nothing like the 1 dozen of each stated online. The vase was suppose to be red with a heart necklace engraved in the vase. I called FTD on Thursday. Not accepting calls. Same on Friday and sat. Finally got a hold of someone on Sunday. Emailed customer service the pictures of the arrangement. The customer service rep stated. "The saddest arrangement I have ever seen. FTD contacted the florist and the florist stated he had run out of the vases and replaced the vase with the pink vase that was a 1/3 the size of the one that was ordered to keep his bottom line down. FTD promised a replacement on Tuesday and the florist wanted his pink vase returned to him during this exchange. Monday was Presidents day. No replacement arrived. This is the second year FTD has done this to me . 2007 it had snowed on Valentines day in the northeast. I understood and accepted delivery terms for the next day. FTD never came through and the order was cancelled. I'm done. Should have learned the first time.
