Visit your local florist instead, who can send things anywhere you want. Failure to Deliver.com = miserable. Extra charges hidden until you've picked everything out and entered in all your information. You're wife's valentine flowers not only not delivered, but never sent, with no explanation, no "customer service" even available...."We're too busy to answer the phone because of the (hallmark) holiday" and send to busy signal. Three days in a row. Then left to scramble for alternate flowers at 5 pm on Valentine's day, and then to file a dispute and document the whole mess (because it's my fault after all) and they'd charged me immediately before my order was ever given to a delivery service. If you're going to order flowers over the internet, I'd suggest proflowers.com, where I've had better experiences (and I have no affiliations), but they still stick you with extra charges at the end. At least proflowers has better correspondence and gets your flowers delivered. If Failure To Deliver.com can't get flowers delivered on Valentine's Day, they should be out of business. Did I mention that the order was placed a week early to give them plenty of time to get the job done? Absolutely pathetic. Run!
