I ordered a dozen roses for my wife on valentines day, the roses came a day EARLY, I ordered them to be delivered on Valentines day, NOT February 13th!
Second, the flowers were wilting and dying, and I don't mean give them some sun, and take off the outer rose peatals and they will look fine, I mean those flowers look like they have been just sitting around for at least a week and they were starting to sag and hang a bit at the neck! UNREAL!!
The vase had NO WATER IN IT!!
the arraingment looks as if it had been just thrown in to get it done and out of the way.
I called FTD and told them all of this and I actually asked if I could have the florists name so we know to NEVER buy flowers from them again either, and I guess they arent allowed to tell us.
FTD.com offered to send a replacement rose arrangement but we didn't want it. I mean, why would we? We could possibly be getting MORE flowers from the same florist who put no time or care into the 1st batch we recieved.
Ftd.com said we would have a refund and it could take up to 10 days to go back into our bank account, well.. It's been over a month now and we're still waiting.
I just called FTD.com and they said they put in for the refund again, it should "go through" around midnight tonight, and it will just depend on OUR BANK to see how long it could take (rougly3-5 days) Who knows if I will have to call back and complain about not getting my refund again. If I don't have it in 3 days I will be calling my bank to do a chargeback.
DO NOT ORDER FROM FTD.COM EVER! BAD PRODUCTS- BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
I bought my wife 2 dozen grocery store roses on Valentines day to make up for the crappy flowers FTD.com sent and they were beautiful, cheaper, and lasted for almost 2 weeks.. They looked better and actually smelled like roses.
NEVER AGAIN FTD!
