My order was sent to someone else's address. I had to find this out myself by using the tracking number and USPS.com. Once I notified the company, they replied the next and resent the product, but with standard shipping and only a minor apology. Very polite. They are very concerned that they can't get peoduct delivered to me. May be the carrier's fault. First shipment was returned due to wrong zip written on shipment. Next shipment is apparently lost. (Warehouse is only 2 1/2 hrs from destination). My experience was not a pleasant one. I ordered Photo Quality paper and received Photo Realistic paper, which if used with dye-sub ink WILL break your ribbons. The Package was shipped in a timely manner from FJA but was delayed by the Postal service who misdirected it to Texas, my address is in Nevada. I contacted the company which tracked it down and gave me regular updates on the shipping progress and was very friendly and helpful. I am very satisfied with FJA and will shop there again for my ink needs. I ordered 2 sets of cartridges but only one arrived. The packing slip indicated 2 were shipped but only one set was inside the package. I had been billed for 2 sets. FJA responded on the phone quickly, believed that I had been short-changed and quickly sent the missing set. I was sent a different product by another vendor than was displayed on their website. I emailed your company before I purchased the same product I was assured it was the same product appearing on your website. However, when your Rep found that it wasn't he called and told me and I cancelled the order. I don't fault him HP doesn't know what their selling either.
