After thinking I found a great deal on a pair of Raybans, I was surprised to find that they had shipped the completely wrong model. After calling to resolve the issue, they told me they did not have the style I had ordered in stock and if I wished to return them, I would be charged a 15% restocking fee. I requested a return envelope, which they eventually sent and I planned to dispute the charge with American Express. Amex is now resolving the issue with them.
Also, they still have not credited back the refund amount (even with the 15% restocking fee) and it's been well over a month. |

They only offered one option for shipping companies. UPS misrouted the package, and I ended up receiving it about 3 days after I should have. EyeSave did a great job working with me and refunded my shipping costs.

Spoke to "Kim" in customer service, in the AM, and she walked me through my order as if she was spoon feeding me. Later that day, I called again, ordered some additional accessories, and the chap I spoke to sounded like he had just graduated Harvard University with a major in behavioral science. All was received as ordered promptly, just in time for my new "iPhone." You see, or maybe you don't see - I'm Visually_Impaired and Eyesaver.com enhanced my vision at ridiculously low prices. I'm not really sure. On one hand they did have the model I was looking for but on the other hand he is not an authorized dealer for Maui Jim glasses. I emailed him asking about the warranty and he said that the only way I could say that I have a warranty is if I tell Maui Jim that it was a gift. So now I am wondering if they are a replica or the real things. They did have a good price and like I said a lot of other places didn't even carry this model and the ones that did were the same price as in the sunglass stores around where I live. So, since I didn't get a real warrenty which would have come with the real sunglasses and the frames are a little different when you close then up I really don't know if they are just replica's or real. Amazon. com recommended them but there was no comments from other buyer's so I don't know about this vendor. I hope they are real. They seem to have the patent number except they have added on to it with some numbers that are not on the real ones. Also, my last pair which I bought years ago the frames were made in china and now it said Italy. That's fine with me. Maui Jim could have made these changes since I bought the last pair. I really don't know. I quess that is it. Hope it helps.
