Excellent service, customer service excellent, shipping excellent. Most important is that I was able to purchase my item by calling the toll free number listed. The importance being that I was able to ask questions about the product I selected. In addition, by having personal contact I was able to find out if the item was in stock. Telephone experience, for me, is extremely important. Speaking to a friendly, helpful person in their sales is why I give this company a top rating.

I originally ordered a pair of glasses which were no longer available. I was informed of this by email and given other options, one of which I chose. In accomplishing this, I communicated by email several times with a representative named Alesh who was extremely nice and helpful. I was very pleased with the service and satisfied with the product.

Ordered my sunglasses on September 17 2007, was told to ship within 2 to 3 days. I waited for one week with no email confirmation. I called the customer services and got a rude staff, he told me "call me back tomorrow, I will figure it out by tomorrow".   Read full review...

The price was great, but the sunglasses appeared to have been previously used or adjusted. However, there is a refund guarantee, and the return shipping process is very easy, so am happy with that.

It was a few days between when I placed the order and when they shipped it, but they did send it 2nd day UPS, so overall it got here about when they said it would. They were the least expensive I could find on the Costa Del Mar sunglasses that I purchased. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

With regards to #2, it was not EyeSave's fault. The neighbors dog got to it before I did. The glasses were fine, but the case was dirty and had teeth marks in it. I contacted EyeSave and they were nothing but polite and helpful. I would buy from them again if i had a need.

Unresponsive seller. It took weeks to get my shipment. They had told me that it shipped right away, and I never received it. THEN, three weeks later, they told me that it was just now shipping. This was a birthday gift for someone. They FINALLY received it 3 weeks after their birthday. Disappointing.

Avoid this people. I Placed my order in Oct 4 2007 becauseI have a trip on Oct.14...10 day in advance.These guys have a horrible customer service. ONE: I sent around 4 emails regarding my order and the only that I got was the auto response emails. TWO: If you try to call his customer service phone #(888-821-7283) always is busy. THREE: I had ALWAYS Same message from the order status link "You order was made on Oct 4 2007, please allow 2 days to shipping".FOUR AND LAST: I never got an email telling me that my order was on backorder...NEVER. Finally I got then and cancelled my order after all this today Oct 11...7 days later. So i paid $25.00 extra with another website...an excellent site!...to get my sunglasses tomorrow and have it ready to my trip. NEGATIVE FEEDBACK TO EYESAVE.
