Product was delivered extremeley fast! It did have a few scratches on it & did not included stakes that I thought would be with it. I tried to contact thru e-mail but was returned "undeliverable" two separate times.

Overall the shopping experience was good. There was a mistake made somewhere along the line where I was not informed as to when the product was shipped. As it was a gift I wasn't sure whether or not the recipient received it. After a phone call to the company the issue was remedied.

There are several reasons why I would not order from this website again:

1. They advertise products which they do not have. When you purchase such an item, they call you to tell you that the size, color, or other option you selected is not available.

2. On their website, they advertise 100% refunds (less shipping, of course) for any reason within 30 days. When you request a return merchandise authorization number, they hit you with a 10% restocking fee.

3. There is never a "live" person on their end of the phone. Every time I called, explicitly during their listed business hours, I got an answering machine telling me to call back during normal business hours or leave a message.

Great selection of items! My order arrived quickly and the statue and stepping stones were of good quality and look great in my garden. I would definitely order from Exterior Accents again.

I ordered an Outdoor Clock for our new home and it is really nice. It only took a few days to get here and it was packed really well. No experience with customer service because I did not have to call them! I think your store is on my Fathers Day list.
