Customer service is the worst. They do not follow-through. Product is average or sub-par. They do a good job at SELLING you on them, but once you go to buy the product -- Opps!!!!
MY ADVICE: Go find a person in your community ... someone that you can deal with face-to-face. These folks use their facelessness to jerk you over and hide from responsibility. |

I am not very happy with my order. The value and the quality is good, but they have compeltely ruined my event. I placed my order Sept. 15th. After placing my order, I received an email stating they wouldn't be shipped until septemeber 29th. I did not

Stay far away from this website

Horrible! Refused to assist with a simple request. I order $300 in merchandise. The entire order is being held up for 2 plus weeks for personalized matches. I asked them to ship everything but the matches and ship out the matches when ready. I was told I need to call the 800 number to cancel everything but the matches and go back online- re order everything and then pay shipping twice. Horrible customer service. Can you imagine that as a way to assist a customer. The topper is that I can't cancel the matches that are holding the whole order up. Go to Amazon, their cheaper and ship everything right away piece by piece if necessary.

This email is in regards to a recent wedding invitation purchase made on 4/6/09. We used this site thinking we would get a quality product at a decent price. We received the invitations, put them together following the instructions, and sent them out.

I placed an order from Exclusively Weddings that was supposedly delivered and left on my porch by FedEx but I didn't receive it nor had any of my neighbors. I called FedEx who said they would put a trace on it then I called Exclusively Weddings as I wasn't sure what I should do next. The representative ask when I needed the items by and I told him not until March but we had planned a 'box stuffing gathering' for the upcoming weekend although it wasn't a huge dea. They informed me they too would call FedEx but in the meantime they would ship another order to me at no cost. At this point I have no idea if FedEx will find the package, reimburse Exclusively Weddings or what. I have no idea how good of quality the product is but I'll praise any store that has customer service this good. My order was a little under $30 and the procedure for a more expensive order might be different but I'll bet they would handle it as well.

Almost two years ago, Shawn proposed to me. At that time we had already been together for years and had talked about marriage several times. We both love Las Vegas so much, it seemed almost natural to at least discuss the possibility of eloping there.
