Package was delivered on time But snowboard could have been better packed. There was no padding on the tips of the board or on the ends of the box. No padding along the length of the board either. Just simple packing procedure. The box seems slightly damaged, but the board was OK, although I could see some dings at the bottom edge of the board.

I had no problem with Evogear.com but I did have some trouble with DHL getting the package to me on time. My package was divided into 2 shipments one of which came on time, and the other was routed to the wrong place causing it to be 3 days late.

The shoppping experience at first was good but your service could use some major help! For some reason there was a problem with my order and I paid money for express shipping but no one called, instead I get a post card in the mail telling me that I should call, That is Not Right! Your service department should have called, left a message and continued to call every to every other day each day or at least left a message saying that I should call and explained what the problem was but no call ever, just a post card a week after my order.

Excellent except the snowboard box was open and the board cracked down the middle during delivery. Unfortunately it was a special limited item and none was available in the size needed, and none would be available. However, Josh was very helpful and talked to my grandson, and he was able to order one that was a longer size, We appreciated Josh's service, and hope the new board will arrive safely and that the size will work for my passionate snowboarding grandson.
