Eve's Addiction

Terrible, I got an engraved pendant which was incorrectly engraved (due to their website being misleading) and broken upon arrival. The necklace wasnt padded or wrapped to protect it during shipping. I sent it back at my own cost and when it was sent back it was broken again. I finally got it the third time unbroken and engraved correctly but only after I gave very specific instructions to wrap the product. It seemed like this was not normal procedure for them at all. So over all I ended up spending half the pendants cost in shipping and extra fees due to their mistakes and barely got it in time for my anniversary.

terrible quality of item - item arrived broken and did not look like the perfect item on the website. poor craftsmanship and poor customer service. i think any good reviews on this website must be fake and posted by their own staff. on their own website they only post good reviews so don't bother reviewing them through their website if you have anything negative to say - wont post anything below 4 and a half stars. not a company i would ever do business with again! they are not ones to care about retaining customers like many other companies i have done transactions with

Horrible customer service is an understatement.
The items are CHEAP fake looking and just aweful.
The customer care is the meanest bunch of retards.
You will regret ordering from these people TRUST ME save your money go elsewhere!
They will charge you for shipping and God forbid you have to return their aweful products you will pay for the shipping PLUS they will not give you FULL refund, they'll take more money out of your order.
Seriously, DO not make the same mistake I did. They are horrible have no loyalty or any concern or courtesy towards their customers.

I have been looking for a specific type of ring and thought I found one at Eve's Addiction.  Unfortunately when I rec'd was below my expectations.  The ring was approx. $100 which qualified for free shipping.  Don't be fooled, when you return the item THEY CHARGE YOU POSTAGE! I never heard of a company giving free postage and then if you return the item they charge you.  Read their return policy thoroughly. I will never order from this site again.  You can find plenty of other sites that have the same merchandise and better policies.

Up until now everything I've purchased has been wonderful. However, I recently bought a necklace as a gift for my daughter-in-law not realizing I can't return it because it's a final sale. My son doesn't like the choice and now I'm screwed because I spoke to a rep at Eve's Addiction and she said I can't return it. Now I don't know if I'll continue to shop the site.

I would rate my experience as 5 stars out of 5 stars.
The whole process was so smooth, you would have thought I physically went into a store, picked it out and purchased it.  The item was exactly as described, we received the order on time and it was exactly what my daughter wanted!
 I would recommend Eve's Addiction to all of my friends who are looking for good quality / affordable jewelry.

excellent inventory in all categories. Had a little trouble ordering the engraving, but actual completed engraving was perfect. The online template did not work correctly and because the font was so large, the program kept telling me there was no room to engrave a few short lines when I knew it would fit- and it did.

My shopping experience with Eves Addiction was great, but the earrings I recieved as a complimentary gift for spending over $75 were very cheap. I spent over $100, and I thought I would recieve something I could wear.

Found dealer through Google search, entire transaction was online and went very smoothly, an e-mail told me tha the order was shipped the same day that I made rthe purchase. The braelet was in a gift box and mailed in a protected (bubble wrap)envelope an arrived in perfect condition and i was on time. Very happy with this purchase and will buy from this dealer again. Engravable Black Plate Couples Birthstone Ring:
I purchased from this site because my mother loves their products. I picked this ring, but put my children's names and birthstones in it. The engraving of the names is awesome!! However, when this company placed the "gemstones" on the ring, you can see dried up glue surrounding the stones. VERY disappointed.....I will not be shopping here again.

I am an old man, not too good with the Internet.  I found this website to be very easy to use, in every aspect.  I got my order exactly when predicted and all three items were exactly as described on the website except for the ring... it has the "ComfortFit" design which I feel is a HUGE plus.  That important feature was not in the product description; it should have been as maybe more people would have bought that ring.   Also, two of my items were to be engraved.  They arrived looking exactly as shown on your website, WONDERFUL!!!  I thank all of the people at Eve's Addiction for their work.  I am a very satisified customer who will return to get more goodies.

I was pleased with the variety of items available on Eve's Addiction. In short order I found exactly the kind of man's bracelet I was looking for - there were an excellent variety of choices and the prices seemed entirely appropriate to the quality of the merchandise.
