We were very pleased with our experience. There was alot of office furniture to choose from; it was easy to order on line; delivery was very prompt; furniture was packaged very securely to prevent damage; instructions for assembling unit were clear and easy to follow. We would recommend this company to other businesses, and would definitely do business with them again, if a need arises.

The desk is perfect! Great quality. It's so sturdy, we've decided that under it will be the perfect hurricane/tornado shelter! The only problem I found was when I first ordered it, it took 8 days before I could track the status of the order. Other than that, everything ran smoothly.

On line the product showed in stock. Now they say no, can't ever get it. Wanted to know if it is available in different color? No answer. Asked about another product to replace what I wanted, no answer. If nothing can be resolved by Monday I will need to purchase elsewhere, even if the product is one that you have.

My shopping experience with this merchant was good. The thing that was NOT GOOD was the fact that NO TRACKING INFORMATION was made available to me. In fact, I was not even told when my purchase was shipped or which shipper would deliver my purchase. It turned out that FedEx was the shipper. It would have been nice to have been told the name of the shipper and what day the item would have been delivered to me so that I would have known when to be at home. This service is common among most companies any more that I shop with. I was very disappointed in this facit with this company and my shopping experience. Thanks, Bernard Lawrence

You get what you pay for. You really need to "try on" an office chair. The box the chair arrived in was REALLY beat up and one of the parts was broken. Not a horrible experience -- but not one I would recommend to others.

It takes initially too long to hear any status on your order. I have placed another order with them and it has been over a week with no tracking information available. I placed an order on 5/21/08 and today is 5/28/08 and no information on the order is available. The quality of the product is very good when received.

The option of tracking my orders shipment was offered but the information was blank. I did not know when the item shipped or anything. I did contact customer service to find out what shipping was available, i.e. next day, and that was not offered. I also asked if they could tell me from their experience how long it would take for me to receive the item being I was in the same state the item was shipped from and they could not offer that and I was concerned that answers were not available. I also asked if I could pick up the product myself and that was not offered either. In the end I was lucky I lived where the item was shipped from, otherwise I may not have received the item in the time frame I wanted.

New office chair is super! Considering the fact that I have always want to upgrade my office style, it was great to buy this new office chair. The chair looks great in my office and behind my desk.
