There were a number of on-line furniture stores; I chose this one. Wrong. Phone calls not returned, emails unanswered. Compare them to the excellent tretment @ Cymax stores - Duh! Too bad that Cyber Max didn't carry this item.

Expecting to receive my order within...

Expecting to receive my order within two weeks of ordering on March 1st, and the merchant charging my credit card, I called during the third week. I was informed that it was backordered until the middle of April. When I had not received the merchandise by the end of April, I called again. The order had been shipped that day. Ten days later, I received my order minus one bed. I waited another week to call because I thought it would arrive. After not receiving the bed, I reported it to Everything Furniture, and two days later it was declared "lost". A second bed was ordered. That bed made it all the way to Palm Springs, according to the FedEx Tracking. It was then returned to the shipper because of damage. It took two weeks, nonreponsive phone calls and two very angry messages to get it across that I wanted satisfaction. I then had to go to an alternative plan, and ordered a set of matching beds from another company. I cancelled the bed order and requested that it be replaced with a dresser. As I could not get them to agree to credit my account for an entire bedroom set. I am still waiting for the dresser. Carolyn Mead

Website was inconvenient and required three attempts to pay by credit card. Site kept asking for payment thru Paypal. Site said hope chest was, "back ordered until June". Order was placed June 3. I have received no shipping information, nor an expected date of shipping to date (6/10). I plan to give them one more week and then call. I would have withheld rating as my disatisfaction was with the website, not necessarily with the product or service. Yet! Your survey forced a rating, therefore the fair rating.

The item I ordered was no longer available but the service that I received from Everything Furniture was excellent. They contacted me to let me know of the additional cost due to duty, followed up with a phone call when they discovered that the item was not available. Great customer service!

I ordered a twin sized mattress and...

I ordered a twin sized mattress and platform bed. Unfortunately the mattress was out of stock and back ordered and we would have had to wait for about 6 weeks. I received a nice email from customer service clearly stating the problem and asking me what I would like to do. I phoned the customer service agent and opted to cancel the order for the mattress but to still purchase the platform bed. The again I spoke to assured me that I would be refunded either that day or the next day but that if I had any questions to not hesitate to call. I just received my bed, which is assembly required. It came in two packages but everything was packed nicely and labeled for ease. This company was a pleasure to do business with and I will do business with them in the future.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.

I recently ordered a large unit from Everything Furniture.  Not only did it take over a week to get shipping information, but when I did I was told that the item would be left on the curb and that I would be responsible for getting the item into the house. I have furnished an entire home with furniture and appliances bought online and this is the first time something is being left on the curb.  Even Sears goes as far as to bring a new mattress into the room (not just the front door).

Waited long enough!

I bought an office chair about 3 weeks ago...no tracking number at all! I have no idea where the chair is! So, I looked elsewhere and found a better chair, cheaper, with free shipping and handling. I have heard that the return and refund policy is extremely difficult to deal with, so I am about to embarck on that journey! Hopefully, I can get my money back and in decent time. I cant imagine why it would take so long for a chair to be delivered when it was "supposed" to be shipped from two states away from me? I am fed up and I am not waiting any longer.... I would not reccommend this website to ANYONE!!!

Selection was 4 times the number of choices from a big box merchant. Odering was easy and the format was easy to follow. So far, however, I have not been able to determine by what method it is being shipped or when to expect the item. The order tracking page has not been updated since I ordered the item 6 days ago.

I've purchased a lot of things through Everything Furniture, and have been generally happy with most of the things I've received. This is the first time I've felt the need to post a review. I read through the other reviews before I made my purchase, and decided that the overwhelming "pros" out weighed the few "cons."
When the product arrived (earlier than expected, I might add) I was so happy with how great they looked and how comfetable they feel. Been buying products for a while there so just wanted to spread the word that they are great!
