I ordered a beautiful Wilshire Small Library Cabinet from Everything Office Furniture. Man does it make my office look a 100 times more prestigious then it use to! My cabinet came here in perfect condition. They have great furniture!

I was very impressed with the service I received from a previous order for work, so I tried them for my home. I am totally impressed that I received the same great service. I ordered a gaming table with a chair set from Everything Furniture. My gaming set arrived here on time and is in great condition. It looks great too! The customer service people were nice and helpful to me when I called them about my order. It was a very great experience to buy furniture from Everything Office Furniture.com. WOW, they are amazingly slow at customer service! After a month of calls, they finally agreed to send a replacement of the damaged sections of the reception desk and return. I have yet to see the shipment... In the meantime, I had to keep all the boxes in the middle of the office reception area since they did not "allow" us to discard them.
Also, you get what you pay for. I thought I was getting a good bargain, but the quality is horrible. You are better off spending a few extra bucks and saving yourself the trouble and headache. They really test your patience. |

Order was taken and charges were made against my credit card the following day. 3 weeks have gone by and still no delivery. Unable to get a tracking number or any indication as to when the item might be shipped. I will be trying to cancel my order and get a refund. If it is anything like the customer service desk, it may take a while.

Two days after purchasing these products, which I have not received yet, my credit card was billed for charges that I did not make. I am not sure if this companys site is protected but I have used my card before and find it odd that this time I had a problem. I think the company should check to make sure their site and their customers information is secure! I have relayed this information to the credit card company.

The book case I ordered was advertised as "in stock" when I placed the order on 6/11. I had to call on 6/23 to check on the order, and I was told it was on a "short back order" until 6/30. I asked for expedited shipping, to make up for the delay, and I was told "No."

Computer desk was not a problem at all. Tracking number e-mailed to me and arrived on time. The chair was another matter. The e-mail with tracking number misled me to believe the chair was shipping with the desk. Had to call customer service to find out it wasn't and would be shipped later. Site showed as being "In Stock" and the reality is the product was on "Back Order". Never did get second e-mail with tracking number for chair shipment. Had to call customer service twice to get tracking number for chair. It did finally arrive, but a lot of confusion could have been avoided if;
#1 Misleading info of "In Stock" shown on website, had instead been accurate and reflected "Back Order"
#2 The misleading e-mail with tracking number, had only been sent showing the item that was truly being shipped, instead of showing both items.
#3 When I spoke with customer service the first time about the missing chair, the rep told me they would get me a tracking number from manufacturer within 24 hrs and e-mail it to me. Instead after 48 hrs, I had to contact customer service again to get the tracking number. Never ever tell a customer you are going to do something and then not follow through.
I did like the fact that the customer service center is here in America and I could actually understand the people I talked to and they could understand me. Most refreshing that I could communicate with them without having to hire a translator! Big big points there!!!!

There is no way to track the shipment. Calling the number on the site is futile. Yahoo shopper does not have the tracking. The only quick service was in them charging my account. I still don't know where the desk is, if it was shipped or what.

Excellent service from merchant. However, contract delivery service needs improvement. 400 pound delivery to much for one person (driver)to handle. I have three steps leading to front door and first floor of home where I wanted delivery dropped. Driver refused citing bad back leaving no alternative except delivery/drop in garage. The boxed materials were then moved by homeowner to desired lst floor location. While my experience with merchant was outstanding, I would have second thoughts about future ordering based on my unsatisfactory experience with the freight company presently using. Thank you.

Everything was fine. Quality of furniture very good. However, I was not prompted to apply for the 10% discount on orders over 2000. Contacted Customer service, two times now, but have not received credit for the discount. When you spend this much for a home office, the discount is important. It would have been better to have the discount automatically figure into the total price at the "cart". Like Dell Computers handles it. Thank you

Still waiting for 2 replacement parts - the bottom frame of the armoire was cracked and the side panel that was to fit into it was not cut correctly so that it did not fit in the slots provided. Other than that the furniture appears to be beautiful. Once it is all together, that determination can be made.

I haven't received my order yet. It's supposedly being shipped from the manufacturer, but there isn't any tracking info and I don't know if it has actually shipped or by which shipping company. My credit card has already been charged though. If I don't get a specific answer by the end of tomorrow I'm calling the cancelling the order & calling the credit card company.
