Not exactly going to win any awards for customer service. I would not recommend this company. They placed my order and charged my card up front and then didn't tell me the product was back-ordered 6 weeks. I was looking for the shipping notice email a week and half later and since it hadnt been sent I called. That was the only reason I found out it was back-ordered. Then when I canceled the order they said it will take 5-7 business days to credit me for the charged amount. And the person sounded very bored about the whole thing. Plus - I called several times and either got a long wait on hold or a couple of times heard a message that just said something like "no one is available to answer your call, please call back later."
What's even more annoying is the recorded greeting on the phone that repeats the line "best way to buy furniture online". If this is the best way to buy furniture online, clearly buying furniture online something any of us should be doing.
The table looks really nice and seems like a good deal, but they don't seem very eager to do business. I would keep looking.
