A few of the wood pieces had flaws. The flaws are not substantial and can be covered up with a furniture pen. Also, the small wood screws should number 43 per the spec sheet and I only received 12. I'm just going to go purchase the remaining amount needed. But I am disappointed. Other furniture I've ordered online has all come intact with all parts and no flaws. I will not use this merchant again.

Have become very upset with my experiance. When the first part of my order arrived it was partially correct. I was sent wrong tables from Home Star Products and have not received a return UPS shipping form for it. I am wondering if I ever get the correct product or my money back. The second part of my order I was told was on the way, but I feel waiting 8 weeks for the product is unacceptable. Everything Furniture's customer service is nice to talk to on the phone, but I get the feeling they have no control of the products they offer very sad.

I am a woman living alone and had to hire someone to assemble the table. I have been able to do this in the past, but this was very complicated and bulky.

My purchase experience thus far is very good; however, I am very disappointed in the end product that was shipped to me. I in the middle of working with customer service to find a solution for the fact that the Bathroom Tower I purchased for $199 has rubbed-off paint on many of the corners, making the furniture look bad. It is built well, but was poorly packaged or something.

I bought a headboard for a full size bed,- have been shopping on line for stuff for my apartment. I have unpacked, but will have to recruit some help to assemble, as I am a 75 yr old grandma, and these pieces are quite large- the finish is beautiful, and I look forward to seeing it complete. recieved the order in just 2 weeks, in very good condition. thanks!

They helped me change the delivery address of the order, and they contacted me to let me know the shipment would be delayed. They have been very helpful so far. They anticipate shipment on or about 12/15, so I don't know yet whether or not they're accurate in their estimates.

The web site was easy to navigate. The color picture of the furniture was clear and detailed. The funriture actually arrived sooner than the web site had indicated, which is a plus. It was very well packed. The quality of the merchandise was extremely high. I would definitely recommend this vendor.

I purchased a bookshelf and was never notified if it ever shipped or not. I had to make a phone call to the customer service department to find out and still was still unable to verify shipment. I did get my bookshelf on time, but I was never even told that it was shipped. I would have to say that this merchant does not seem to be very organized. I'd be careful when shopping with them.
