I bought an office chair about 3 weeks ago...no tracking number at all! I have no idea where the chair is! So, I looked elsewhere and found a better chair, cheaper, with free shipping and handling. I have heard that the return and refund policy is extremely difficult to deal with, so I am about to embarck on that journey! Hopefully, I can get my money back and in decent time. I cant imagine why it would take so long for a chair to be delivered when it was "supposed" to be shipped from two states away from me? I am fed up and I am not waiting any longer.... I would not reccommend this website to ANYONE!!!

Selection was 4 times the number of choices from a big box merchant. Odering was easy and the format was easy to follow. So far, however, I have not been able to determine by what method it is being shipped or when to expect the item. The order tracking page has not been updated since I ordered the item 6 days ago.

I've purchased a lot of things through Everything Furniture, and have been generally happy with most of the things I've received. This is the first time I've felt the need to post a review. I read through the other reviews before I made my purchase, and decided that the overwhelming "pros" out weighed the few "cons."
When the product arrived (earlier than expected, I might add) I was so happy with how great they looked and how comfetable they feel. Been buying products for a while there so just wanted to spread the word that they are great!

Can you imagine buying a table online? I did it!!!, and was just delighted with the quality and workmanship of the table as well as the ease in which I just screwed on 4 legs. If you are doubting purchasing this table, don't!!! Also, it came very quickly and you can imagine how delightful it is to pay such a small shipping charge for furniture...This table is a sure winner.

We have a small deck and can't fit the typical table that accommodates 8 people. This table is only slightly larger than our previous table and it fits 2 more people. It’s a beautiful table and the chairs are comfortable.

This product is beautifully made and has a continuous zipper around three sides, which makes it easy to put on. It is made of an excellent quality heavyweight upholstery fabric. The pillows are a nice touch. I was very pleasantly surprised -- much nicer than I had expected!
The material is a nice heavy weight. I am happy with this purchase.

I love my new chairs. They are perfect and were shipped promptly and without delay!! There were some screws missing so I emailed everythingfurniture.com and they shipped me a new package within a day!! They were great!!

My daughter loves her bed! It was easy to put together and the color that it shows online is not the right color its darker when you see it but very nice color, would recommend to any one.

The bed looks great as well as being comfortable. We have recieved many compliments on it. We are using it in a playroom/guest room so it will double as a couch and bed. It is just what we needed. This bed was easy to assemble and very nice for the price. I don't usually purchase furniture on line, but I would definitely purchase this again.

These barstools are exactly what I have been searching for over the last 14 months. I had not been able to find barstools to match my crimson-colored living room furniture. These are perfect! The red is a classy shade and looks great with my modern home decor. There was no assembly other than taking them out of the box. These stools are also a little bit taller than your average stool, which makes them really nice for my counter height! This is an awesome product for an incredible price!

I ordered two black leather storage cube ottomans and in less than a week, they were delivered. They were wrapped very well in two sturdy boxes. No assembly required. I love the ottomans and would highly recommend them. I only wish they were on casters so they could be moved more easily. They are very sturdy and well constructed - nothing flimsy about them - hence, the wish for casters.

I was worried about buying furniture sight unseen from the internet but it turned out to be just what I wanted. Not too soft like many other sofas where you sink in too far and too low, which makes it hard to get up. The cushion are very firm and high enough to make it easy to just stand up. It's very comfortable and seems to be of very high quality. I also have three cats and was concerned about fur sticking to the suede like texture of the material - but it doesn't - it wipes right off. I am totally satisfied with the products. I like everything about them.

I ordered a bench at a good price, realizing that 6 to 8 weeks was the expected delivery. After two months I called and was promised a call back, which never came. I called the next business day and was told that the manufacturer had quit making it; I asked for a refund.

After a week I got no refund, and called, and was told, rather testily, that it would be coming. In two weeks I got it.

I know from the one time I entered a billing dispute, the fear of AmEx got a refund to me in 2 hours, so it's not a technological problem.

They (1) didn't track the order, (2) have no ability for me to track the order on their website, (3) didn't know what happened, (4) got testy when I wanted my money, and (5) took two weeks to get it back to me. It was only $225.00.

There seems to ba a problem with my Visa pament. Can see in the bank that you got the money first time. But had to have the bank do it again and now in 3 potions. (5000$limit on card orderd for 11900$) It is now a week ago and the payment still not going though. I have not got any furniture, and it is impossibel to e-mail th company. I am in Denmark and have bought a House in Arizona. I sertnetly hope they arrives befor I do May 16...

I called the merchant after a week and they told me that they had no way of knowing when I would get the Head beadboard. There is no way of tracking it. I think I was rip off.

The dresser had a couple knicks in it, but I believe that it was probably the warehouse, or Million Dollar babies fault because it had been painted over.

They had many options to choose for shipping and I had to have a specific way so that's why I chose them. But I was never given the option to pick which form of shipment and now I'm worried it will get dropped off and I won't have a way of getting a bed up into my apartment. I haven't even received the merchandise yet and I'm considering canceling my order.

The day bed is very nice, very good quality and sturdy. But the springs were a real problem (seems to be a different manufacturer, apparently Chinese). It was difficult to fit the two halves together and the bolts were cheap and flimsy- two sheared off at the heads. We replaced all the bolts because the bed would have been unsafe for a heavy guest. Please upgrade these bolts before someone gets hurt! Delivery was fast, but unexpected because we had been given no tracking information.

After choosing Everything Furniture because they stated they delivered in 3-4 days ( I ordered on March 24th) I have yet to receive a date of delivery. I called on the 27th and the customer service rep didn't seem to have a ready answer but suggested I wait until Monday the 31st- that I should be receiving a notice of delivery by then. As of today, April 3, I have not received a notice. Just letting me know what's going on would be a good start to rectifying the "bad taste in my mouth" with my ordering experience.

Thelamps were ordered, my credit card charged and then the two week wait. After two weeks,I telephoned regarding order status and was told I would be telephoned back which I was several hours later. I returned the voicemail call the next morning and was told the representative was out, but wished to speak to me personally. In frustration, I sent an email and a supervisor nearly immediately telephoned me back. Unfortunately - the manufacturer discontinued the lamps and did not tell Everything Furniture who then did not notify me. I wonder how long I would have waited had I not made that intial inquiry. My credit card awaits a credit from Everything Furniture.
