i purchased 2 travel jewelry boxes. their order tracking claimed both items arrived when in fact only one did. i waited several days to see if the second one would come. it did not. i called to inquire what had happened and was told i had received both according to their ups info. when i continued to insist that the second box had not come i was told to hold while they checked with their warehouse. they came back to say i was in fact correct. the item was never shipped because it was out of stock. however when i ordered it on line it did not come up as out of stock which i told them. they agreed but that was the case and it would not be in for 10 days which was well past Christmas. again they agreed. i told them i needed it for Christmas and said that they had never informed me until i made this call. the bottom line is i had been already charged for an item never sent and they are so poorly organized that they never informed me. this is the first company that has charged me before shipping a product. i will never use them again especially since i have to tell them what's going on. they have not a clue

I placed my order and a week later was emailed saying it would not be shipped until 12/18 or earlier and I have not yet heard anything regarding the order. I'm concerned that my granddaughter will not get her gift in time for Christmas.

I was very impressed with the whole process. The package containing my faucet was damaged when it arrived and so was the faucet inside. I immediately called customer service and they sent a replacement, which arrived two days later.

nightmare, knew shipping was twice what it really cost, Shipping was $118.80,  but needed the shower base so ordered it. The shipping was on time, but the shipping company calls and informs me that the shower base was at their dock, my choices were, to either drive 45 miles and pick it up there, OR, wait by the phone the next day till the truck driver called and set up a time for me to meet him 15 miles away and pick it up. Needles to say, I had to stay home from work and wait around by the phone till the call came, but hey, I did get the shower base. You would think for that outragous shipping price it could have been at least through out in my drive way as they drove by

Wonderful business to use!  My faucet arrived quickly-24 hours.  I had a small problem with the faucet and the new one arrived the next day and they picked up the return faucet at the same time.  They dealt with the problem professionally and quickly.  The whole transaction from start to finish was a positive experience.  One of the best businesses on the web to deal with when purchasing an item. Their pricing was one of the best of the item I purchased.  I will definitely become a return customer and recommend them to friends.

I was very happy with my purchases from Every Faucet. In fact after we received the Kitchen sink and faucet, we order a soap dispenser. It was here in time, about 3 days. Nothing was damaged or broken unlike some other .com with Faucet in their name. Two times we othered things from that other place and received broken/ totally unusable items. Faucet Direct delivered fast and competent service along with our order(both times). Faucet Direct has our highest recommendations and I will definitely buy from this website again.

I have purchased goods from two other plumbing supply sources when the items were not stocked by Every Faucet. In both instances the deliveries were also on time but the manner in which they were shipped resulted in freight charges above and beyond those which had been prepaid at time of purchase. My opinion may change should the company contact me and correct the problems. The toilet arrived broken and the toilet seat never arrived. Wheen the plumber checked - I needed a 12 inch CENTER rough in... the toilet was a plain 12 inch rough in (so even if not broken, I can't use the product). The purchase came with a "BuySafe" protection plan. Buy Safe contacted the company as did I. No response after three days. I also paid via PayPal and will contact it today.
