Eve's Addiction

It is rare where my expectations have been so exceeded, that I feel compelled to make certain I find a way to make sure my opinion is known.  I was concerned that, considering the good pricing, the dog tag necklaces I ordered were going to be "flimsy".  They were so thick and sturdy--and the personal engraving was well worth it! 
I WILL be back!!!  And I'll be telling all my friends and family about this site I have thankfully found!

very very good customer service. i ordered a carrie style necklace for my mother after i failed to receive a reply from mynamenecklace.com about whether or not my order had gone through.
when i wrote another email to cancel my order with mynamenecklace.com, i received a blunt reply saying i'd be charged 30% restocking fee for not telling them earlier (when they had ignored my previous message).
i had no choice but to cancel my eve's addiction order, and i immediately got through to a customer service rep who helped me cancel it, no questions asked.
in the future i will definitely order through eve's addiction for the ease and comfort and excellent customer service. and avoid other cheap websites.

OMG! CHEAP crappy jewelry. I have found better at county fairs and street festivals. The pictures on the web site are VERY misleading in regards to  quality. Bought 2 silver bangles that bent when I took them out of the box! CHEAP. There's $60.00 flushed down the drain...
Seriously, don't take the risk. I'm disappointed, but willing to take the loss, I know everyone can't afford to do that, so don't order. If they screw up a simple item like a silver bangle, imagine what they would do with something more exspensive.

I ordered two different rings and they looked so fake and cheap. There were little black gaps between the diamonds
and some sections you could see something that looked  like glue. There rings are made with no integrity, just thrown together for a quick sale. Customer service is very unfriendly, rude and unprofessional. Don't waste your money on "Garbage's Addiction.com"

Had to pay $23.59 duty because product had to cross the Canadian border. Won't shop American websites again because of this. Otherwise, the 2 rings we ordered are great, shipping was quick.

Found Eve's on a google search, looking for engravable dog tags.  We found Eve's to have a great selection with very reasonable prices and fast delivery even with a request for engraving.  The Web site was simple to use, easy to understand and ordering was a snap.  Highly recomended.

DO NOT BUY!  The so called high quality mens curb ID bracelet is a joke.  It is not a "plate" that is engraved, but a hollow dented box.  I can't return now that it is engraved but am too embaressed to give as a gift as intended.

I am very satisfied with my shopping experience at Eve's Addiction. Their merchandise has normally met my expectations or exceeded them. Their prices are extremely reasonable. On one or two occasions I have received earrings that the sets fell out of rather easily, but you get what you pay for and they were really cheap earrings so I did not complain or send them back because most of my purchases have been great. I guess I am easy to get along with in this respect.

I have just received the replacement item sent. I would like to inform you of my impression of the service received. When I first exchanged the original item I called customer service regarding the postage required to return. I was told to simply return the item in the original container and write "Exchange" on the outside and it would be returned as postage prepaid. I did not think this was correct, but I did as instructed. Sure enough, three days later I was working by the mailbox when my mail carrier returned the item with insufficient postage plastered on the outside where the postage should have been. I was told that normally people obtain a shipping label, or an RA number to keep from paying. I took the package down and paid the $1.90-something and sent it off. Today, when I opened the package I noticed an ink mark that I placed on the inside of the bead. Thinking this could not have been the same bead returned, I tried to screw it on the Pandora bracelet. Guess what? The "new" bead screws on as far as the end of the bead from either direction-just as the original bead did. What gives? This was personally inspected by "Steph." I await your solution to "our" problem that "you" have the ability to fix.

The shopping experience was fine. It was the quality of the products that I didn't like. I felt the stones in both rings were not cut correctly. The first ring had some stones that were set crooked and the second ring had a stone fall out after just 4 days. The second ring also had what looked like a cracked stone that had something applied to it to seal the crack. I have already sent one ring back and the other will soon follow. I was not impressed with the quality of the merchandise at all. I doubt I will be shopping with this company again.

I really like Eve's Addiction. However, I am returning this purchase due to the lack of sparkle in the stones. I will buy from them again. I wish that they would send out more special offers to their preferred customers. I believe that their jewelry is a bit higher than other online retailers, especially when you figure in the shipping.
