Eve's Addiction had a very easy to use website. I got a chance to "engrave" my jewelry in the font and size I wanted and to see it on line before ordering. I forgot to choose my 20% off option when I submitted my order on line and called them directly to ask for it. They promised to apply it to my order and absolutely did. My order came on time in a lovely gift box and in perfect condition. I was very impressed with Eve's Addiction and would order from them again.  I would shop here again	Overall Rating:

I ordered several items at the same time. Most were received in good condition. However, one item was missing. I sent an e-mail to Eve's Addiction stating the problem. They responded with a message instructing me how to return the item. Therefore, I replied that this particular item was not recieved at all. They then refunded my money as I requested. My Visa Debit Card was hit three times for the single charge of $80.00 or for a total of $240.00. This put my card account into a deficit balance and I incurred six $35.00 penalty fees from my bank. The company finally refunded my money including the cost of the purchase and my bank refunded all the penalty fees resulting in a happy ending.
