I recently ordered a steel type band to have our children's names engraved on the outside of the band.  I was happy with the price and excited to get this ring.  I loved the page to order and the simplicity of typing out what I wanted on the outer band of this ring.  When I received my ring, it was a perfect fit but I have to be honest... I was shocked with the ~engraving~ which was completely un-noticable.  It's actually etched, not engraved and unreadable to the naked eye.  My husband had to get a magnifying glass to see our kids names.  I typed an email to see if something could be done and sent it back in, and my email in return was that there is nothing wrong with the ring.  I then called Eve's Addiction and was told that it's not actually supposed to be engraved, but it is etched and that there is nothing they can do about it.  I was told to take it into a jeweler to get some kind of black oil/ink type thing put in it to make it readable.  So to me, it's not worth buying anything engraved!  For the jewelry in general, it's a good price, but for the "engraving" forget it!  It's very misleading!  One semi-dissatisfied customer. Please know that in my ratings... it's not the steel band, because I like it!  It's the engraving.  And the woman I spoke with in the inspections dept. was very rude.
