Even though I have not received my products yet, ErgoInDemand was prompt about phoning me and letting me know that their supplier was no longer in operation so they would have to go to a different source. They told me this would delay the expected arrival date. If I had to make a similar purchase in the future I would go to them because they seem to be the only company that carries the product I want.

The product that I ordered was discontinued even though it was still being displayed on the website. Why? I had looked a long time to find this particular style/size/color of cd storage, so when, on the day after I had placed my order seemingly successfully, I received a phone call from a customer service rep telling me it had been discontinued, I was very disappointed. However, I did appreciate being made aware of the fact that the product would never be shipped to me. I looked elsewhere for the same product and found it nowhere. I don't know that I will visit this website again. If an item is not actually available for purchase, it should not continued to be diplayed leading consumers to believe it is "in stock" and will soon be on it's way.

One of the major pieces arrived broken, and after I emailed pictures of the damage that Rob said he needed first, a replacement was processed and sent. It was in excellent shape when it arrived. When I had a problem with the assembly istruction, Stacy put me in touch with the right person at Spartak Enterprises.

I made my purchase on line and within minutes received a call confirming the purchase and delivery. I was told that the delivery would be within 11 business days. I was expecting to receive the chalkboard by the 27th of April, but it actually came on the 22nd so that was great! The girls, ages 3 and 4 love their new chalkboard and their sidewalk chalk is a lot more fun now!

Previously I used a vendor who would not reveal the full invoice or shipping price until after the order was placed, and then you had to call them to find this information out -all after you already paid a deposit. ErgoInDemand was upfront about all costs, including shipping, and when I had a question, I received a prompt answer. My experience with ErgoInDemand was excellent!

I had to get a 200 x 200 adapter plate and could not find it easily on the web site. I found it for 18.99 on Amazon, though. Other than that, the experience was more than satisfactory.

Product delivered to a different office than expected, so I didn't know it was here. I called the merchant at 5:00 pm. They didn't know either. I received tracking into the next day indicating the item was already delivered. So I got quick service, I just didn't know it.
