speedy delivery, good packaging

fast delivery, I received two e-mails (confirmation of purchase and shipping notification with link to track the package on the UPS website). The item (a scanner) was very well packaged in a kind of soft styrofoam. I haven't had any contact with customer service, so I can't comment on that.
