Quality ink. I think the prices for ink in general is way too high, but Epson had the best price for their brand ink cartridges. I've tried other brands of ink for my Epson printers, but nothing comes close to Epson's.

I had two of these scanners delivered to me, and neither of them would work properly with my MacBook Air and my MacBook Pro computers. Therefore, I had to return them. Before, you advertise your scanners will work with Mac computers, you need to make sure they will. One of your technicians told me that Epson is having "issues" with their software working properly with Mac computers.

It was fine. The ink took a little longer than I had hoped to arrive, as I really needed it. I didn;t request special speedy shipping, but sometimes it comes fast anyway. It was the Christmas rush time,though, so that may have delayed it. I think I liked your using the Post Office instead of UPS as it seems a long way to go to come out to our house with a big truck in this rural area for such a tiny package.

I had to pay 10,00 dollars for over night delievery i ordered on a thursday and did not recieve until Monday when i called they told me to read better why would i have spent 10,00 for overnight to get it 4 days latter. I also asked about rebates or mail=in coupons and was told sorry them why ask for them?

Epson is usually prompt in sending ink cartridges, but I hate the high prices, and the sad fact that other inks don't work in my Epson printer. Feels like a terrible ripoff.

I had too many problems with the mechanics of the website, namely checking out. It was cumbersome and complicated by the fact that I had purchased there before and it kept demanding my password which I do not keep for every purchase I make. They would not let me just make the purchase without one. Pretty dumb. And each time they had be get a new password, change it, etc. I had to start the order all, over. At lease four times. No thanks. Next purchase will be from a local retail store.

Two years ago (1/21/09) I ordered a set of ink cartridges from Epson. I never received them. FedEx tracking showed "Left at front door. Package delivered to recipient address - release authorized." Neither I nor anyone in my household signed an authorization. I called FedEx. They told me to "contact the shipper and have them file a claim." I called Epson, twice. The agent said, "Let me investigate & get back to you." I said, "I got the same answer last time." After some time on hold, she said, "We'll send you a replacement, and we'll give you the same free next-day shipping." I never received a tracking number for the replacement shipment. I called customer service at my credit card company. They noted I've done business with Epson lots of times before. They gave me a credit for the purchase amount. They said they will work with the merchant to resolve the issue. I thought that was the end of the case. A year after this (12/18/09) I ordered more ink from Epson and received them with no problems. A few weeks ago (1/14/11) I ordered the cleaning sheets. I got a form letter that my order was canceled because of credit card errors. I retried twice, with different credit cards and got the same result. I called Epson. I was asked if I have ever disputed an order. I told them about the lost shipment 2 years ago. After time on hold, I was told my account has been "restricted" because of that. I asked if that means I can never buy anything from Epson ever again. The answer was "Yes." I have been buying products from Epson's webstore since 2006. I have bought 2 printers, 3 scanners, and dozens of ink cartridges. I have recommended Epson to many of my friends. I intend to buy my Epson ink cartridges and papers from third parties from now on. And when my Epson printer wears out, I intend to look into HP or Canon. --
