My dog is suffering from "hot spots", and after discussing with her veterinarian the course of the treatment, I went to the Internet to find a reliable supplier to order the medication prescribed.
I ended up chosing "Entirely Pets" to order the medication, Neo Predef Powder - it was not the less expensive supplier. I placed the order, provided all the required data, my credit card number, and was immediately charged, and received an email from them acknowledging the order, with a tracking link; after 3 days, I kept finding the same message: "order not track-able" - and I decided to call "Entirely Pets".
Because of an alleged missing digit phone number of the veterinary hospital that was to be called by "Entirely Pets" to obtain the prescription for the medication ordered, they simply did not dispatch the order. If I didn't call them about the order, I believe I would never receive what I had paid for. They did not try to contact me to clarify the veterinarian phone number, they just charged my credit card, and they just held back the order.
That is very irresponsible and disrespectful, for there is a condition to be treated, that depends on the medication ordered.   
The very least expected was a call to check out whatever they found missing in the order.
