Entirelypets.com is a horrible company. They charged my credit card double the amount that I ordered and I emailed them immediately when the charge went through telling them to credit 1/2 the order back as they made a mistake on their end and they ignored my email. Then I emailed again and again, and after they already shipped the double order out they finally wrote me and said there was nothing they could do. I would have to send back 1/2 the order that they over charged me and I would have to pay for the shipping myself. I told them it was not fair because I emailed them just moments after they double billed me by an error on their end, doubling my order and they didn't care at all. They were very rude.

So When I finally received the merchandise I paid UPS to send it back to the address they have listed on their site. Once I had confirmation that the merchandise was received by them with a signature with UPS I notified them to credit me and then they wrote me back saying that they needed to send it to another one of their address' and I would have to wait.

Then I had to fight entirelypets.com over and over with at least 50-70 emails to them telling them they must credit me and they keep saying they didn't get the merchandise at their other location yet and they didn't care about me at all and months have passed now. I also had to complain to their merchant account with Yahoo.com and yahoo did not care at all. Yahoo just told me that I had to take it up with entirelypets.com or charge it back. Yahoo offered no
help to me at all, they were treating me just as badly as entirelypets.com. You would think that yahoo would be looking out for it's interests making sure that entirelypets.com was operating respectfully but no not at all, Yahoo could not care less.

Only when I finally contacted the VISA FRAUD department did entirelypets.com finally say they would credit me but still did not tell me when. To this day, several months later, I still have no confirmation of a credit from entirelypets.com for their double billing me that was
unauthorized.

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY ENTIRELYPETS.COM UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE RIPPED OFF AND TREATED HORRIBLY FROM THEM AND THEIR MERCHANT YAHOO AND NEVER CREDITED BACK FROM BEING DOUBLE BILLED!!
