BEWARE of their return policy!

I have been shopping at entirely pets for quite a while and was always satisfied. However I never had to return anything. Today I received an order and the harness was too tight ( my dog is in between sizes) Upon calling to ask for an authorization number to return it and order the next size up, Customer service said it can't be returned since it is opened. It is in a ziplock bag to begin with and I've only had the package for 3 hours!. After words with CS he decided he would take it back and charge me an 18 percent restocking fee. I called back to speak to a supervisor, after 11 minutes on hold, the supervisor said they normally will not take back an item that has been opened but if you are a good customer they would make an exception, store credit after I returned the item. Why should someone have to deal with this type of customer service? Just pay attention to what you want from them because returning is not up to par with any company out there, I'll give this one away and buy the other size from somewhere else. The lower prices are not worth this type of hassle. They lost a customer.
