I placed an order and never received it. I e-mailed Entirely Pets 4 times and never received a reply. I am retired and rarely leave home. Tracking records showed UPS tried but could not deliver my pkg. 4/23/07/at/3:40pm. I was home all day, with a car parked in the car port, a pickup on the grass next to the car , the door tied open and a door bell next to the door. I know that at 3:40 I was in the house feeding my cats which I do every day at the same time.
UPS said they delivered the package 4/24/07 at noon. I am a diabetic and from past experience I have found out that if I don't eat lunch shortly after noon I will have a diabetic attack so for this reason I never leave the house before 1pm (I did go to a store at 2pm). At noon there was a car parked in the carport, a pickup parked on the grass, the door tied open with a door bell next to the door and I was inside the house preparing lunch.
All of this information was e-mailed to Entirely Pets 4 times. It certainly reveals that I have never received the product. They have made absolutely no reply. This shows me that they must be quite disreputable or a scam or even both.
