I got an excellent deal on the Mosquito Magnet Defender. Not only was the price of the item excellent, it came with free shipping. Usually free shipping means waiting over a week for the order, but I got mine within a couple of days of the order. So I'm very happy with EliteDeals.com.

I ordered product on-line but accidentally put wrong zip code. I also faxed a copy of the purchase order to the company. Two weeks after not receiving the product, I called to ask the status and was told it was cancelled, because the zip code did not match the location/city it was being shipped to. I verified by my records that the on-line order had the incorrect zip code, but the faxed copy had the correct zip. In addition, they claimed to have tried to reach me by email and phone but were unsuccessful. I again verified with the on-line order and faxed order that the email/phone were correct -- so I should have received a notice if they tried. Later, I tried calling back to re-order the item, but no one has returned my calls. Therefore, I would not use them again because of poor customer service.

Overall experience was fine. Color of product was different than expected -- said "dark blue" on site, but is actually medium blue (there is a big difference when you are trying to match other things). Additionally, the website said you could view other customer feedback, but I could not locate that anywhere on site.

The delivery date on the tracking page was especially helpful. Most carriers just tell you where it is in transit, but having an expected date let me plan better and let me have someone home to receive the package.
