Ordered the OrbitBaby Bassinet. The box came with no bassinet. I called the customer service number and explained that the box didn't contain the merchandise. They told me that they would issue a return label so I could ship it back and issue a refund immediately. After 3 days of no refund, I called back only to get a different story - that the refund wouldn't be issued until they received the empty box back. I pushed the issue stating that I expected an immediate refund as that's what I was originally promised. She said that she would process the refund immediately. I called back again today (5 days after) and was told that the refund was just processed today and might take an additional 10 DAYS to receive. The place is probably OK if you get EXACTLY what you ordered with no issues, but if you don't buyer beware!

I have recommended this site three times already! The phone help in picking a seat was nice to have, and the 'hold music' was funny. I love funny. The return insurance made me less worried about buying without trying first. I like the site and my car seat.

It was very good especially with trying to get my son's car seat the Britax Regent I ordered it it was on B/O then I thought I could get it somewhere else I cancelled it no problem but hten I had to reorder it again. U ltimately I was able to get it somewhere else mush sooner but they put up w/ my back and forth. THere actually was one negative point I ordered the shipping insurance because of the car seat even though I ordered and cancelled the car seat on the same day in a short amount of time a half an hour or less they would not refund the shipping insurance. I had checked before I placed the order about there being no problem in cancelling in case I found the seat some where else which I didn't think was possible everyone was out of them, needless to say they kept my 3.00 I may rethink using them again afterall.

The only criticism I have is that the description of the iten was incomplete...when I looked at the description on other websites, it listed features that your site did not. I was very pleased to be able to obtain a Snug-Ride car seat for my soon-to-be-born little boy. I realize the original report on car seat safety testing has been revised, however, I feel that since the Snug-Ride performed above and beyond the expected standards it is an excellent choice for my family. I had a difficult time locating any merchant that had the seat in stock or was even taking orders. Although Elite Carseats did not have the style I wanted in stock they did take my order and kept me apprised of its status. Due to a wide spread video on YouTube, my wife and I were concerned about moving our 2.5 year old daughter into a booster seat that would only have the cars seat belt as a restraint. In searching the Internet for a brand of car seat that utilizes a five-point harness system up to 80 pounds, it became apparent that many other parents shared our concern, as many Web retailers did not have this class of car seat in stock. However, in the process we found EliteCarSeats.com. They did not have the specific brand mentioned on the YouTube video in stock. However, they had a page on their site specifically dedicated to the issue of five-point harness car seats designed for 40 pounds and up. They gave very candid advice and listed and linnked all of their products that related to the issue. We were able to find a car seat that would meet our needs and was in stock, the Sunshine Kids Radian 80 in this case. We were very pleased.

I have used this merchant before and was very happy with their service but this time I ordered the Britax Marathon car seat and was told there was a 3 week backorder. After 3 weeks I was told that there was another 3 - 4 week backorder. I need the car seat now so I asked if I could have a different pattern for the same sale price that I had received and they would not let me have the sale price. In order to get the car seat in a different pattern I would have to pay more money. I cancelled my order and will just give my business to some other company.

I was very pleased with my experience with EliteCarSeats.com. I would shop there again in a second and tell others about their site. About 2 weeks after I bought my daughter the Britax Marathon in the Ashley Floral pattern, the seat went on sale. I paid $269.00 for it and it was on sale for $215.00. I emailed customer service and they got back to me the same day and refunded me $54.00 with no questions asked. I so happy about that! The free shipping is also great. I was very happy with them!

Smooth sailing! I had a basic idea of what car seat I wanted for my son. He was growing out of his infant seat and so I began my search. Most sites I visited did not provide enough information about the seats I was looking at. This is an important purchase and I need information. At EliteCarSeats.com, they had a review from the staff plus a ton of reviews from other parents. The reviews plus the layout of the site made it really easy to compare the models I was interested in.

When I thought I knew what I wanted, I called Elite Car Seats customer service and a real human answered. The woman I spoke with knew tons about car seats and basically reaffirmed my choice. The seat arrived in two days (ground service) without a hitch. I had never heard of elitecarseats.com but I was super impressed!

I was in the market for a booster seat for my four year old. I had purchased an Evenflo seat at Wal-Mart for $50 but, I wasn't comfortable with the flimsy design. I saw the Compass 500 at Target but it would have cost me about $100 with tax. So, I decided to see if I could get a better deal online. That's when I came across Elite Car Seats. Ordering couldn't have been easier and the price was just right. The seat was $10 less than in Target and with the free shipping I couldn't pass it up. I couldn't believe that with free shipping I would get it so quickly. I ordered it on Wed. morning and it arrived at my door on Fri. afternoon. That was impressive considering it was traveling halfway across the country. Elite even e-mailed me to let me know it was shipped, and Fed-Ex e-mailed me with a tracking number so I could actually see where my booster seat was at a particular time. This whole experience has been wonderful. I highly recommend this company to anyone.

I ordered a Britax Marathon from them 2 years ago; it was backordered and they were very prompt about communicating that to me. The seat did arrive within the time they had stated and overall I was pleased with the service.

Great customer service. We ordered our Britax car seat from Elite and when it arrived at our home it was damaged from shipping; the plastic around the bottom was broken. We could have used it in a pinch until we got another one, but the sharp edge of the broken plastic could have damaged our car if we had gone ahead and used it.

Elite responded beautifully. They immediately sent another car seat. They didn't expect us to ship back the first seat before sending us a new one. They sent a packing slip to have us send back the broken seat.

Also, free shipping on orders of $79.99 and over makes Elite Car Seats a great value!
