It was very good. The only awkward spot I hit was in returning the product because it did not fit: it was not clear that I needed to call the company and they would send the shipping documents via my home email. Otherwise it was an excellent experience.

I wouldn't shop anywhere else for a car seat. I received the seat in two days with no problems! It was manufactured in July 2008, which is great.

For the car seats it has been fabulous but the back-ordered straps seem to have fallen into a black hole. I called to ask about it once and was given an estimate several months out. We have passed that date and heard nothing. I don't even really need it anymore. Better information about back ordered items would be really helpful. I will never order something that is not in stock from them again.

They advertise they deliver the items faster than they actually do. They even decided to cancel my order, due to a phone call I made complaining about the delay. They sent me an email stating I could return the product before receiving it, but at the end of the day decided to cancel the order. The refund process took a week after they received back the product... a lot!

The car seat was originally reported to be back-ordered to 5/15- I did not hear anything by the 5/19, so I sent an email. The reply was quick, but vague- stating it would be another 1-2 weeks. I have not anything since that time (9 days). I enjoyed the shopping itself- the website was useful. I just want the care seat!

Super easy shopping, and I loved being able to purchase the return "insurance". I didn't know if the carseats would work in our car, and I didn't want to have to pay a high return shipping if they didn't. Elitecarseats.com is my favorite place to shop for and compare baby items including car seats and strollers. They have extensive product reviews on their comparisons and tips from their staff as well as many reviews from other shoppers. Anytime I've called or emailed their customer service dept., they have been very helpful, especially Phillip. I love their return policy, especially the option to buy return shipping insurance, as the cost of shipping strollers and car seats for a return would be very high. Each purchase has been shipped to my door in lightning speed. I was shocked when I came home and the car seat I had just ordered was already delivered! Then when I ordered a stroller- same speedy delivery!
