BEWARE! Electronic Expo listed a price a price through Bountiful and there was a discount coupon to type in. The discount shows on the Electronic Expo site. I then went through Google checkout and the coupon amount did not show after it was discounted at the Electronic Expo site. I then went through the Electronic Expo site to order. Again the coupon discount was applied at the Electronic Expo site and then on checkout the coupon amount was not there. BEWARE as indicated in other reviews.

Fraud, fake posts all over the internet. Return policy is awful,type in fraud and this store and see what comes up on a search engine site,see for yourself. They do not take any returns on TV's over 20 inches and will be of no help and basically say tough $h!. Do they make TV's under 20 inches any more? Not only that they will be as pushy as can be to upsell everything. MOST OF ALL THEY ARE SCAMMERS AND POST FAKE REVIEWS, it so clear. Avoid, too many honest vendors to waste your time with these people.

After 10 days my "in stock" 2-day delivery order for a Canon digital camera isn't here. Phone always busy. One email response gave no ID order & therefore no tracking or confirmation of shipping. I can't even cancel the order because they do NOT communicate with you.

Worst retail experience I've ever had. Ordered a 57inch Mitsubshi Dlp through Amazon.com. Order arrived on time, but as soon as I plugged it in, the picture was warped. Called Eletronic's expo the next morning, was told they would get right back with me. Tried to call them again the next three days, but line was either busy or no one answered. Filed an Amazon A-to-Z claim. Finall, a week later, Electronic's Expo called me. Bassically was told that it wasn't their problem, it was my responsibility to get it fixed. I called a local repair shop, took an afternoon off work to wait for the servie person. He took one look at the TV and said they would have to order parts, which would take two weeks. It's been over two weeks and haven't heard from them. Amazon.com was worthless in solving this problem. Now I'll have to see how VISA handles this.

I have been in the market for HDTV. I researched for sometime and finally made a decision on what brand and format HDTV I would buy.
After reading reviews on many different sellers I decided on Amazon.com and Electronics Expo was the actual seller. I ordered and paid for the TV online and waited for the email confirming purchase. Within a very little time the confirming email was received. By the next day I had a Shipping date and time of arrival. I went to the website of the shipper and tracked the progress of my shipment. To my amazement everything went according to "HOIL" with my set arriving exactly on the scheduled date and within the time set. I live in rural Nevada and rarely if ever get things on time. In fact, at this present time I am waiting for Direc TV to showup for their Install of my new HD reciever. It is currently 11:45 AM (they were to arrive between 8:00AM and 12 noon) and I am getting more preturbed by the moment. Oh well, Bravo for Electronics Expo they provided excellent service. Bait and Switch. Went in to buy a Cannon HV10, within 2 minutes he had the HV20 out and all opened up. Major pressure to buy the higher priced model. Even had two other salesmen come over to verify what a great deal it was.

Ordered a 50 plasma, Shipped and received within time quote.
No damage, no problems. Phone customer service is nearly impossible. E-mail works best, 24 hr response. (I added extended warranty) Just as a tidbit of info you have up to 30days from date of purchase to add the MAC extended warranty. |

I ordered the HL-T5087S, but I was sent the HL-S5087W, a completely different TV. Calls to their office rang busy. I finally got through, a supervisor promised to ship the correct tv and pickup the old one. I called back on the day it was supposed to ship, they gave me a tracking number, but it was erroneous info. Still don't have the correct tv. Worst retailer I have ever dealt with

This store is, hands down, the worst online retailer I've ever tried to do business with. After ordering a Polk Audio home theater system (which they advertised at a very low price), they charged my credit card immediately, but never shipped the item. They didn't respond to my emails, and when I called the customer service number 12 days after I placed the order, the guy who finally picked up the phone (after 20 rings) tried to tell me the item had shipped, though he couldn't provide me with a tracking number. He said he would call me back, but didn't. Every time I called, the service rep lied to me. After finally admitting that the item never shipped, it took more than a week for them to issue me a credit. Do yourself a favor -- stay away from these losers.

Ordered a 42 inch Sharp TV from E.E. using Amazon website. The ordering part was very easy and the deliver went well and was ontime. That is where the good news ends. The TV E.E. sent was not only broken but it was possibly used. The packaging was in a deplorable state. I contacted E.E. but they refused to refund me or send me an operating TV.
This is your warning, stay away from lousy internet dealers if there is a chance of needing to return an expensive item. They are happy enough to take your order but that is where the ease stops. E.E. is probably the worst of the bunch. |

I ordered a 50" TV, their website said it was in stock.. price was good. Gave it 3 business days, no email indicating shipping details.. so I called. Michael indicated that they no longer had the unit available and it was discontinued. The day I talked with Michael, their website still said.. "In Stock" ships in 1 to 2 business days. Apparently their rating on "ease of ordering" is because they accept any order.. even when the unit is not in stock. They did not even make contact with me to let me know the unit would not be shipped.

Apparently these guys haven't figured out how to integrate their inventory tracking software with the Web server that handles online orders. On top of this, their concept of customer service must have come right out of a time capsule from the USSR in the 1980's: imagine long bread lines and bare shelves, and you've pretty much got it.
