Let's start this off by saying this is my first review for anybody. Normally I don't care that much but at some point you have to warn other people so they don't make the same mistake that you did. So on to the fun part! My wife bought a TV through Electronic-Expo on 12/14/08 in order for it to arrive in time for Christmas. Originally it was supposed to be delivered the 23rd, then the 26th, then the 30th, and finally the 31st between 12 and 4. When it finally showed up at 8:10 at night I found loose screws in it. Really wanting my TV it was no problem and I would fix it only to find out that the screws were stripped. Called the company and ordered a new one. Now a month later I finally received that, but the shipping company only delivers 12-4 so I wasn't personally around to receive it. The packaging didn't look damaged, the TV looked great and I was excited, until I turned it on and found a inch wide dead streak down the center of my TV. Two TVs down let's see where they go from here. My recommendation is that unless you live close to one of their stores and can take it back easily don't buy from these people.
