AVOID! ITEMS IN-STOCK AREN'T IN-STOCK AT ALL...

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! They use the "Bait and Wait" tactic on you! This has happened to NUMOEROUS number of people as well, NOT just me!

I should have listened to the other reviews on here!!! I didn't think it would cause such aggravation.


I placed an order online on Monday early morning 12AM for a very big screen LCD tv. My credit card was charged immediatelY! Over $2grand! The item was listed as IN-STOCK ready to ship in 1-2days. Monday afternoon goes by and status still shows "new".

Tuesday Nov. 14 2006 - status on website still shows new and product still shows in-stock ready to ship 1-2 days. On tuesday afternoon, my patience was tried and it was 2PM already PST and they close in one hour since they are in eastern, I gave them a call to see the status. I have not received any tracking email from them or status updates.

The lady on the phone then told me "Oh we're sorry, we're backordered on this item... but we did order some more and they should be in within a week or two. But I can't promise when."

I was FURIOUS! WHY DIDN'T they bother to EMAIl me or CALL me on Monday??!? Why make me call them?!?!?!?! What if I didn't call them until Friday???

Right after I hung up on them, they IMMEDIATELY updated their website and put the product as "ON-ORDER backordered".

I called back an hour later and decided to cancel my order since I was mad. Now I am told it will take 5-7 business days for the credit card to clear the hold charge.

Now I have to wait another freaking week before I can order from someone else....

Great business practice! Great business ethics! You take my money, you hold it, you LIE about your inventory, and THEN you have the audacity to hide in the dark and NOT inform me by phone or email that it is out of stock.

This is what I like to call, the "bait and wait" tactic. They baited me using low-attractive price than other competitors.

The TV was supposed to be a birthday present and now I'm delayed two damn weeks because of this company's deficient business practice.

AVOID this company at all costs!
